Terms of use. Short, because they can be.
These cover this website and the savings calculator on it. If you buy Galahad, that runs on a separate signed agreement — not on this page.
Last updated 27 August 2026
The short version. Use the site as you would expect to. The calculator gives an estimate based on what you type, not a quote and not a promise. The words and design are ours. If something here causes you a loss, our liability is capped. EU customers get Belgian law, everyone else gets Delaware.
Who you are agreeing with
This website is operated by Corbenic AI, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation incorporated on 4 May 2026, with its registered office at Ernest Claesstraat 11, 8020 Oostkamp, Belgium and US tax ID 30-1492966. "We", "us" and "Corbenic" mean that company. "You" means whoever is using the site.

What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of corbenic.ai and everything on it, including the savings calculator, the published rate card, and any content we make available for download.
They do not govern the Galahad service itself. Access to Galahad, Merlin or Taliesin is provided only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement prevails over this page in full wherever the two differ. Nothing on this website creates a right to use the software, and nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.
Using the site
You may read the site, run the calculator, and quote or share our published material with attribution. That is what it is for.
You may not:
- break into it, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or interfere with anyone else’s use of it;
- scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or work around any technical limit we put in place;
- submit an email address that is not yours, or someone else’s personal data without their permission;
- use it to build or train a competing product, or to benchmark it for publication, without telling us first;
- use it for anything unlawful.
If you find a security problem, email sietse@corbenic.ai before you tell anyone else. We will not pursue you for a good-faith report made that way.
The savings calculator is an estimate
This is the clause that matters most, so it is not buried.
The calculator applies a published formula to the numbers you enter. Its output is an estimate. It is not a quote, not an offer, not a price, and not a guarantee of any saving.
What it produces depends entirely on the accuracy of what you type — your GPU count, your utilisation figure, your provider, your monthly spend. Real infrastructure has commitments, discounts, reserved capacity, data-transfer costs and workload mixes that a five-question form cannot see. Your actual result will differ.
Two things we do rather than overclaim: where a workload has not been benchmarked the calculator says so instead of returning a number, and where the answer is that Corbenic will not pay off for you, it says that plainly. Treat both as the honest output they are.
Any actual price is the one written in a signed agreement. Nothing the calculator shows you binds either of us.
Rate card and published figures
The GPU rate card and the reference cloud prices shown on the pricing page are indicative and re-based periodically. Third-party cloud list prices are those providers’ published figures and change without notice to us. Performance figures and benchmark results describe specific measured configurations and are not a warranty of what you will see on yours.
We correct errors when we find them and do not treat a published typo as binding.
What belongs to whom
The site, its copy, its design, the Corbenic name and knot mark, and the Galahad, Merlin and Taliesin names are ours or our licensors’, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. These terms do not transfer any of it to you.
You may quote reasonable extracts with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce the site wholesale, remove our attribution, or use our marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.
If you send us feedback or a suggestion, we may use it without owing you anything for it. Do not send us anything confidential through this website — use a signed NDA.
Links to other places
Where we link to someone else’s site, we do not control it and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is and as it is available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is accurate or complete.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.
Limits on our liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for our own wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Belgian law does not permit some of the exclusions below, and where it does not, they do not apply.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data or business interruption, however caused;
- we are not liable for any decision you take on the basis of a calculator estimate or a published figure;
- our total liability arising out of your use of this website is capped at EUR 100.
That cap applies to this website only. Liability under a signed Galahad agreement is governed by that agreement, which sets its own limits.
If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
Privacy
What we do with personal data is set out in our privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.
Which law applies, and where disputes go
We are a Delaware corporation operating from Belgium, so this depends on where you are.
If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland
These terms are governed by Belgian law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the courts of Ghent, Bruges division, Belgium. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in your own local courts. Consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform, though we would rather you emailed us first.
Everywhere else
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Before starting proceedings, either of us may raise the matter by email and we will try to settle it that way for 30 days.
The usual closing clauses
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest stands. If we do not enforce something immediately, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a successor to our business.
These terms, together with the privacy notice, are the whole agreement about your use of this website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change this page and move the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version, so it is worth glancing at the date.
Something here unclear or unfair? Email sietse@corbenic.ai and say so. We would rather fix the wording than argue about it later.
